I’m Dr. Katrina Coulter — a double board-certified Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine physician. After nearly a decade helping patients navigate some of the most complex infections, I began to notice something bigger at play: a deep connection between our gut, our environment, and our long-term health.

My personal health journey led me to becoming an accidental cattle rancher in 2021. Learning about soil health and sustainable agriculture opened my eyes -- what is happening to our land is also happening to our bodies. Microbial diversity is disappearing. Chronic disease is skyrocketing.

And the root? Our microbiomes.

That’s why I created Elevation Transformations — to help women reclaim their energy, metabolism, and mood by restoring balance from the inside out.
